Lindsey received her Bachelor’s from the University of Minnesota in 2012. After a few years working in industry, she began working for the College of Pharmacy in 2016 as a lab manager and technician studying HIV. In 2020 she also joined the Debes lab as a lab manager. She received her MS from the University of Minnesota in August 2021. When not working in either lab, Lindsey likes to go on adventures with her husband and dog.

Qian is from China and graduated from medical school of Zhengzhou University in 2006. He later got his PhD degree in Sun Yats-Sen University, later doing a postdoctoral fellowship on stem cells at The Wake Forest Institute of Regenerative Medicine. Currently he is working on biomarkers in blood which could help detecting liver cancer at early stage among the patients who have hepatitis. In his free time, he enjoys having fun with his family to go hiking and travelling.
